This is a large and on going project for the Imperial Hotel London Group. Overhaul and improvement of their existing products (website, booking flow, ticket office, reservation software) and creation of new products (mobile app, kiosk tool)
I worked closely with the product owner to create the concepts and UX.
Some aspects of this project are complex and at times challenging. Room reservation and booking UX needed to tie in with their existing Opera platform and other limitations. Otherwise the client and hotel owners are very open to new ideas and functionalities.
