Creating a new mobile app for guests. To provide faster and more autonomous check-in, check-out and door access process.

Creating an elegant and sophisticated mobile app for hotel guests. The user can e.g. check in and out, open the room door and manage the booking as well as make new bookings via the app. The purpose is to reduce waiting time for the 80% regular guests and workload for reception staff. The app contains a full overview over past/previous/future bookings including all package information as well as complex door opening flow like assigning a key to an additional guests or revoking keys.
