As part of the second phase of the project we introduced a feature to empower employees to give peer to peer rewards in the form virtual badges.
Identifying 6 topics the employees have the opportunity to assign badges and a personal message (option to be private) to a co-worker. For the gamification and encouragement to participate, weekly or monthly leader boards are generated. The top 3 ranked employees will receive positive recognition in posts. This can tie in with a company rewards scheme and can count towards prices and bonuses.
